- Lista de Capacidades DGAC Perú RAP 145: Estructuras de aeronaves Clase II/IV, Motores Clase III, Accesorios Clase I/II.
- Pruebas PND: Partículas magnéticas, ultrasonido, líquidos penetrantes y Eddy Current.

Reparación y Overhaul de Componentes

Servicio de Limpieza en Cabina de Mando y Pasajeros, así como al fuselaje y alas de las aeronaves, siendo estas ultimas un servicio importante en el rendimiento de la aerodinámica de la aeronave y su eficiencia en el consumo de combustible.
Borescope
Inspecciones Boroscopicas en los motores V2500, CFM 56, PW1100, Leap 1A asi como componentes críticos para detectar grietas, corrosión o desgaste en zonas inaccesibles.
Tren de Aterrizaje
• Servicio de amortiguadores (Shock Absorber Servicing)
• Reemplazo de sellos dinámicos (Dynamic Seal Replacement)
• Sustitución de harneses M1 y M2 (Harness Replacement)
Pruebas No Destructivas

Through a rigorous audit and inspection program, we ensure that AVIO's processes comply with MRO standards (FAA, EASA, DGAC). We have also developed a surveillance plan in accordance with our clients' certifications (IOSA, BARS).
- Operational Safety
We have a robust, fully developed Safety Management System (SMS) that has been accepted by all the Civil Aviation Authorities that have certified us. A very important feature is our real-time tracking capability, which allows our clients to monitor the management of their reports and the risk levels under which AVIO operates.

Enables maintenance on Chilean aeronautical products and their components in accordance with DAR 145.

Approved Maintenance Organization (OMA No. 176)
RAC 145 certificate for maintenance of accessories, structures and specialized services.
- DGAC Ecuador
OMA Approval Certificate (OMA-E-082)
RDAC 145 Approval for maintenance of aircraft, equipment and parts listed in the Capability List.

Maintenance Workshop Validation (CO-256/24)
